We are not a contractor, service provider, or home services company. We connect Michigan homeowners with independent local service professionals, similar to how platforms like Angi or HomeAdvisor operate. We do not perform any services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between homeowners and service providers.

Homeowner Obligations
By using Mitten Leads, you agree to the following: • You are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to request services for the property listed. • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. • You will not submit requests for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes. • You understand that submitting a request constitutes consent to be contacted by Mitten Leads and matched service providers via phone, email, or SMS. • You will not hold Mitten Leads responsible for the actions or workmanship of any service provider. • Any contract for services is solely between you and the service provider. Mitten Leads is not a party to that agreement. Mitten Leads reserves the right to refuse service or suspend access to any user who violates these terms.
Service Provider Terms
Service providers who participate in the Mitten Leads network agree to the following: • You hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance to legally operate in your trade and service area. • You will provide accurate business information, including contact details, service categories, and service area. • You will not use homeowner contact information for any purpose other than responding to the specific lead for which it was shared. • You will not resell, redistribute, or share homeowner data with any third party. • You agree to treat homeowners with professionalism and respect. • Lead and referral payment terms are governed by a separate agreement between you and Mitten Leads. • Mitten Leads does not guarantee the volume, quality, or conversion rate of any leads provided. • Mitten Leads reserves the right to remove any service provider from the network at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
MITTEN LEADS IS A MATCHING AND REFERRAL PLATFORM ONLY. WE DO NOT PERFORM HOME SERVICES AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORK OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDER. To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Mitten Leads makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or reliability of any matched service provider. • Mitten Leads is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform or the services of any matched provider, including property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or disputes. • Mitten Leads does not guarantee that any request will result in a match, quote, or completed project. • Your use of the Mitten Leads platform is at your sole risk. • In no event shall Mitten Leads' total liability exceed the amount paid to Mitten Leads in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Governing Law, Disputes & Contact
GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact Mitten Leads in good faith to attempt informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by reaching out directly. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS Mitten Leads reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
